01 — No Returns on Industrial Goods

We deal in cutting tools, carbide dies, power tools, and accessories — industrial products sold to specific grades, dimensions, and application requirements. These items are categorically exempted from returns and exchanges.

There is no general return window. Buyers are advised to confirm all specifications, grades, and compatibility with their machine or application before placing an order. Our team is available to advise — reach out before you buy.

02 — Exception — Wrong Item Dispatched

We accept returns only in the event that we dispatch an incorrect item due to a packing error on our part. To raise this:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photographs of the item received alongside your order confirmation
• We will verify, arrange return pickup, and ship the correct item — all at our cost

03 — What Is Not Covered

Returns are not accepted under any of the following circumstances:

• Compatibility issues with your machine or equipment
• Buyer ordered the wrong grade, size, or specification
• Change of mind after purchase
• Performance expectations not met (please consult us before ordering)
• Damage caused during transit (see our Shipping Policy)
