Availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order if a product becomes unavailable after confirmation.
All prices shown on the website are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST (as per the product's HSN code and rate) will be added at invoice. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
For B2B buyers, your GSTIN must be provided at the time of order for a GST-compliant invoice. GSTIN cannot be added retroactively after an invoice is issued.
Orders placed through this website are processed via our secure checkout portal. Payment is collected directly at checkout via PhonePe UPI. Your order is confirmed automatically once payment is completed successfully. We do not collect, receive, or store your bank account details, card details, or UPI credentials — all payment processing is handled securely by PhonePe.
A GST invoice is automatically generated for every confirmed online order and made available in your account. For B2B orders requiring a GST-compliant invoice, your GSTIN must be entered at checkout and cannot be added retroactively after an invoice is issued.
For machinery, all orders are enquiry-based — no online purchase is available for heavy machines. Machinery enquiries will be responded to by our team with a separate written quotation and agreed payment terms.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders where pricing errors have occurred or stock is unavailable after confirmation.
We ship Pan-India via our logistics partner, routing shipments through trusted national carriers. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier availability, and order size. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon dispatch. Please inspect all deliveries at the time of receipt and raise any damage claims with the carrier immediately.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and dispatched.
Industrial goods are sourced, inspected, and dispatched based on your order. It is your responsibility to verify product specifications, grades, and compatibility with your application before ordering. We strongly recommend raising any pre-purchase queries via our contact form before placing an order.
In the event of a genuine dispatch error (wrong item sent), contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess such cases individually — this does not constitute a general returns policy.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and accepted. No cancellation requests will be entertained after dispatch under any circumstances.
Industrial goods are sourced, quality-checked, and packed specifically to fulfil your order. Inventory is committed upon confirmation and cannot be reallocated. We therefore do not accept cancellations or order modifications after placement.
Failed or Refused Delivery: If our logistics partner makes a delivery attempt and the consignment cannot be delivered — due to buyer unavailability, refusal to accept, an incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to collect from a local carrier facility within the stipulated period — the order will be returned to us. In such cases, the buyer will be liable for a recovery charge covering: outward shipping costs (original dispatch), return-to-seller logistics costs, and packing labour and handling charges incurred. This charge will be communicated before any re-dispatch is arranged. Outstanding recovery charges must be settled before subsequent orders are processed.
Force Majeure / Seller-Initiated Cancellation: If we are unable to fulfil a confirmed order due to stock unavailability or circumstances beyond our control after payment has been received, we will cancel the order and process a full refund within 7 business days via PhonePe UPI reversal to the original payment source.

We provide no warranty, express or implied, on any product sold. No guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or performance is made.
Industrial tooling, dies, and machinery are subject to wear based on application, operating conditions, material quality, and operator skill. Performance life varies and is not covered under any guarantee by Rajeev Ispat Udyog.
Where a manufacturer's warranty exists on a product, the claim must be directed to the manufacturer directly. We can assist with contact information upon request.
Enquiries submitted via our Contact Us page are not binding orders, reservations, or commitments of any kind. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee product availability, pricing, or a specific lead time. All enquiries will be responded to within 2–3 business days during our business hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 8 PM). An enquiry becomes a confirmed transaction only when a formal order is placed and payment is completed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rajeev Ispat Udyog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of production, equipment damage, or personal injury resulting from product use.
Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the invoice value of the product(s) in question.
