This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed with Rajeev Ispat Udyog ("we", "us", "TCMS") through this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy.
We deal in industrial goods — cutting tools, carbide dies, power tools, and accessories. These products are sourced, quality-checked, and packed specifically to fulfil individual orders. The nature of our business makes cancellations operationally disruptive and costly, which is why our policy on this matter is strict.
Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn once placed and accepted by us.
For online orders, an order is confirmed automatically the moment PhonePe payment is completed successfully. At that point, inventory is committed to your order. We do not maintain any cancellation window — there is no cooling-off period. Buyers are strongly advised to verify all product specifications, grades, quantities, and compatibility before completing payment.

Once an order has been dispatched from our premises, no cancellation request will be entertained under any circumstances. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon dispatch. The consignment is in the possession of a third-party logistics carrier at that point and cannot be recalled without significant cost.
If our logistics partner makes a delivery attempt and the consignment is returned to us for any of the following reasons:
…then the order will be returned to our premises as a Return to Origin (RTO) shipment.
In such cases, the buyer will be liable for a recovery charge covering all costs incurred, including: outward shipping charges (original dispatch), return-to-seller logistics charges (RTO), and packing labour and handling charges. No refund of the order value will be issued until this recovery charge is settled in full.
The exact recovery charge will be calculated based on actual costs incurred and communicated to the buyer in writing before any re-dispatch is arranged. Outstanding charges must be cleared before any subsequent orders from the same buyer are processed. If the buyer does not respond or settle the recovery charge within 30 days of notification, the order value will be forfeited to cover the losses incurred.

In any case where we cancel a confirmed order and payment has already been received, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days via PhonePe UPI reversal or bank transfer.
In the event of a genuine dispatch error — where an incorrect item was sent due to a picking error on our part — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess such cases individually and arrange for a replacement or corrective resolution at no cost to the buyer. This does not constitute a general returns, cancellation, or refund policy.
